Openrokk for hotels
Full at the weekend.Half empty Sunday to Thursday.
The rate has gone up four years running. Occupancy has not. You cannot price your way out of this. We build an operation that fills the weekdays from your own database. We start with the inbox at the front desk, which is already running at one hotel.
Week one we sit at the front desk.
At three in the morning and in peak season.
Against how you ran last year.
Eighteen thousand addresses nobody contacts.
The weekend is full. There is nothing to add.
What will not fit through it sits there.
Friday and Saturday full. Tuesday half empty.
Marketing that brings a guest in for the weekend only reshuffles the queue. The value is Sunday to Thursday, and nowhere else. That is where the rooms stand empty, and the rate will not close that gap.

The guest writes at three in the morning. The reply is ready by breakfast.
This is not a demo. It has been running live at one Czech hotel since spring 2026. The agent reads the inbox, sorts it into nine categories, checks the booking system for rooms free on those dates, and prepares a reply. The receptionist reads it and sends it.
The receptionist always sends. The one thing the agent does alone is ask the guest for a missing date or headcount.
Before it offers anything, it checks those dates in the booking system. If you are full, it says so and offers other dates.
- When the agent is unsure where a mail belongs, it leaves it alone and unread for the front desk.
- Every step is logged. You can trace why it decided what it decided.
Eighteen thousand guests. Nine in a hundred come back.
The ones who return come back almost a year to the day. It is an annual ritual and nobody reminds them of it. Meanwhile a tenth of the returning guests makes a third of the revenue.
Over twenty places in a hotel where software already decides.
How many you switch on is not decided by budget. It is decided by the state of your data, and that can be measured in a week.
Behind every blocked process sits one thing nobody filled in. Marketing consent, spend from the till, merged duplicate guest profiles. That is not a list of excuses, it is a list of tasks. One input filled in can unlock three processes.
Why this cannot wait for next season.
- The guest writes to three hotels at once The booking goes to whoever answers first. Not to whoever answers best.
- Front desk headcount is not growing The inbox is. In peak season that is exactly where it breaks.
- You have already paid for the data Booking system, till, stay history. Who comes back and when is sitting in it.
Your guests' data stays with you.
- We work over what you already have. Nothing moves anywhere.
- We copy nothing to ourselves. Nothing of yours trains anything.
- We only contact guests who consented. The rest is not used, not even for a test.
- Access is named, time limited, and you revoke it in one click.

First we measure where you stand. Then you decide.
We reply within two working days.
Give us a week with an export from your booking system. We will show you your own split week and your own segments, on your data.
We send the confidentiality agreement the same day. It contains your guests' names and stays.
