    Openrokk for manufacturing

The most expensive decisionsare made from memory.

What to charge. How to make it. What to run first. Those three questions decide whether a job makes money. We build a system that makes them by your rules. The quote goes out in 20 minutes instead of 2 days. We stay until it runs without us.

    What you get
    01A team inside

Week one we sit with the process engineer.

    02The quote always goes out

Even when the process engineer is away.

    03We leave

The know-how stays in the company.

    Where the know-how is
    In people's heads

With two or three of them.

    Where the data is
    In the ERP

The decisions come from a spreadsheet.

    Where the ceiling is
    Their capacity

What will not fit through them never gets quoted.

    § 01The loss

When the process engineer leaves, part of the company goes with him.

Two people can price a job. The routings live in one man's head. No invoice ever arrives for it. You pay it in jobs somebody else won.

    § 02Proof

A quote in 20 minutes instead of 2 days.

Pricing from a drawing is the tightest bottleneck in the company. The system reads the model, the drawing and the bill of materials and returns a price with the breakdown. A real run on a part from a Czech engineering firm's archive. No data prep, no integration.

01MODELReads the geometry. Nobodytold it what profile this is.02DRAWINGPulls the dimensions and thestandard.03BOMMatches the line to the body.04PRICEMaterial, operations, subcontracting.Where the welds are and what profile this is, the system worked out on its own.
More accurate than the manual estimate

By hand from the profile dimensions you get 34.6 kg. The system calculated 32.73 kg. The difference is the rounded corners. The hand was 5.7 % out and had no idea.

The bill of materials matched itself

The BOM says square tube 100 × 50 × 2.9, length 5070, material 1.0037. From the model we independently pulled 5070 × 100 × 50. It matches to the millimetre.

    Straight
    • On uncertain lines it returns a range, not a single number. Underpricing and overpricing do not cost the same.
    • Every figure traces back to its source. The process engineer signs it off.
    § 03Operations

Over thirty places in the company where software already decides.

How many you switch on is not decided by budget. It is decided by the state of your data, and that can be measured.

The colours are not. This state came from one Czech engineering firm.
    Blocked is not impossible

Behind every blocked process sits one thing nobody filled in. Work centre rates, the subcontracting price list, shop floor reporting. That is not a list of excuses, it is a list of tasks. One input filled in can unlock five processes.

    § 04Sequence

The second automation is faster than the first.

We do not build thirty tools side by side. We build one system. The first one builds it; every one after takes what is already there.

01020304THE SYSTEM, BUILT ONCEPROCESSA shape, not a measurement. How much exactly shows on the first one.

We start with one process, not a whole transformation.

    § 05Why now

Why this cannot wait two years.

    01
    Your process engineers are retiring

There are no replacements on the market. A new person learns from what is written down. Nothing is.

    02
    Your competitors are deploying it

Pricing from a drawing is on the market today. A customer notices response speed immediately.

    03
You have already paid for the data

ERP, machines, measurement. The history sitting in it can be calculated from.

    § 06Data

Your customers' drawings stay with you.

YOUR ENVIRONMENTERPDRAWINGSBOMSMEASUREMENTOPENROKKACCESS YOU REVOKE IN ONE CLICKYour customers' drawings never cross your company boundary.
    • The system works over what you already have. Nothing moves anywhere.
    • We copy nothing to ourselves. Nothing of yours trains anything.
    • Access is named, time limited, and you revoke it in one click.

    § 07Next step

First we measure where you stand. Then you decide.

We reply within two working days.

    Or the faster version

Send three enquiries you priced last year. We will show you what the system would say. On your parts, not our demo.

    NDA first

We send the confidentiality agreement the same day. Those enquiries contain your customers' drawings.
